Returns & Exchange Policy
At M JEWELZ, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and fair return and exchange policy.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Custom, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Return
- Email us at mjewelz.nyc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service at your own cost (unless the item is faulty).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange the exchange.
